6) Pop up the memory

Slide apart the two metal clips.  The SO-DIMM memory will pop up.

7) Slide out the memory

Slide out the memory and set aside.

8) Remove the screw in the hard disk slot

9) Pop the keyboard latches

Gently press down with a thin flat screwdriver to release the three latches.  The top of the keyboard will pop up slightly.

10) Unplug the keyboard connector, then remove the keyboard

Slide the two black plastic tabs on each side of the keyboard ribbon cable and pull out the cable.
